By accessing or using the jilliwin website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the jilliwin Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To register and use the jilliwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jilliwin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilliwin Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilliwin or any relevant regulatory authority.

jilliwin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilliwin may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full features of the jilliwin Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all jilliwin accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jilliwin account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilliwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify jilliwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting jilliwin support. jilliwin also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

jilliwin implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed.

All financial transactions on the jilliwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jilliwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to jilliwin's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Fees: jilliwin does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilliwin accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

jilliwin reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.

jilliwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: jilliwin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Modification or Cancellation: jilliwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotion terms.

All games available on the jilliwin Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. The following rules apply:

• RTP Transparency: The Return to Player ("RTP") percentage for each slot and RNG game is published within the game information panel. jilliwin is committed to transparency in game mathematics.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a game round, jilliwin's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final. jilliwin will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Void Rounds: Any round affected by a verifiable technical error that materially affects the outcome may be declared void at jilliwin's discretion. Stakes for void rounds will be returned to the player's account.
• Collusion & Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software ("bots"), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilliwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilliwin staff, support agents, or other players.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

jilliwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We offer the following tools, all accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilliwin account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilliwin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jilliwin.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

The jilliwin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jilliwin. Unauthorized use of any jilliwin trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Errors or omissions in any content or information provided on the Platform.

jilliwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilliwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilliwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilliwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jilliwin Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilliwin complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the jilliwin service.

jilliwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilliwin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilliwin Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jilliwin recommends checking this page at least once every 30 days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jilliwin's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected], and jilliwin will endeavor to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilliwin's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, jilliwin reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
